Divas Image is looking for Marketing/Pr Interns!

As we continue to grow, so does our needs and workload. Divas Image is looking for marketing/pr interns starting immediately. This is a great opportunity for current college students and/or those fresh out of college who are seeking the much needed resume building experience to progess in the PR field.  This unpaid internship will give you maximum freedom to be creative and try out new ideas as well continuing strategies that have proven to be effective. 

Interns will be encouraged to participate in all aspects of our PR program and be given substantive roles in activities that may include: updating website/blog, press releases, media relations & partcipating events involving Divas Image. Internship is based in Chicago although most day to day activities can be done with access to the internet. We are looking for individuals that can intern full-time at least 2 – 5 days a week. (9 AM – 6 PM each day).


Compensation:
School Credit Only
*Interns must be able to recieve school credit*

Qualifications:- Computer proficient with knowledge of File Maker Pro and Photoshop a plus
- Must have excellent customer service & interpersonal skills
- Must be creative, organized & able to complete tasks in timely manner
- Should be interested in pursuing a career in public relations, marketing, or
communications.

Responsibilities/Duties:
- Assist at special events
- General administrative duties including press kit production, social media/blog updates,
- Update and maintain media database and influencer database with current editorial and influencer contacts


Requirements:- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university and can receive school credit.
- You must be a rising sophomore, junior or senior
